I really could not be much more furious or dissatisfied within the insufficient support I've obtained from Continental Auto Movers. I'm along the way of shifting 2 cars from NorCal to NE Ohio.
I offered CAM 4 days notice ("not a problem" per Trudy @CAM) to get the very first vehicle& equally vehicles were acquired 8 nights later-after I named 4x evening every day having a scarce return telephone call.
Our contact plainly says my credit is likely to be billed (after I settled a deposit) upon shipping of my vehicles. The Next party trucker required money upon shipping. Since I have was not able to spend money, the trucker has re located my vehicles to Detroit and it is keeping them hostage for cost from Continental Auto Movers.
"Phillip" the top dispatcher accepted that Continental Auto Movers screwed-up in contracting charge card with me —and— contracting money using the trucker. He completely accepted this in a three way telephone call between he, I and also the third party trucker.
At the moment, I've NO CONCEPT after I can get my vehicles (nowadays is day #11 since pick up). I've created twelve calls to Continental where everybody GUARANTEE to contact me back and that I haven't had a delivered telephone call HOWEVER.
I'd prevent ANY deal with CAMERA because they CAn't be respected. Our vehicles are now being kept hostage at this time and that I assume I'll need to document them as stolen home to somehow have them back.
