Had a wonderful experience at the store in Clay Terrace in Carmel. Had a couple of nice young guys try to help but didn't get anywhere. Then a Delightful, helpful, informative Mr. Birk came along. He was thoro, knowlegeable, customer service fella. Really enjoyed his help.
