This company endorses intentional deceiving of customers. As a clear example, several times when I was having difficulties with customers, the sales manager, Damon Darden, told me to tell my customer that we would sell them parts or accessories from our parts department at cost. Later he explained to me how he does this, which is to call the parts department beforehand, and tells that person when Damon calls back to get a price be sure to add 10% to the cost of the item, that way we would still make 10% on that customer. This is a blatant lie and he encourages sales reps to constantly do this kind of behavior.
Damon Darden also sent a racist email out to several employees including myself, which later he admitted that he did not intend to send it to me. The email was entitled, America Without Black People which can be located on the web if a search is done, is a derogatory expression of how bad America would be without black people and how stupid everyone else in America is. I was accused sending that email to a supervisor, which I did not, and a few days later, that email was brought up again and I was terminated that same day. The man is a racist and a hypocrite.
