Amanda Seminoff got a hold a us when we advertised our vehicle to take over payments. She had placed our vehicle and made 2 payments and then stopped making the payments. She would not return calls or respond when I wrote letters.
It took a long time for to even respond to e-mail. She finally told us that the person that had the vehicle was in Texas in a comma. That was not true.
After the bank froze our accounts and trying to get our payment for 3 months we had to report the vehicle stollen. She never provided the insurance even after every week asking about it.
We recovered the vehicle and got copies of the contract from the person that had it. They were making the payments every month to her bank account that she had set up and provided her with the insurance. We found copies of forged signatures and copies of our drivers license in the vehicle.
She has never gotten a hold of us on any of this. Now the bank has taken the vehicle because the payments were too far behind for us to catch them up. She is nothing but a scam artist and deserves to be sued for everything that she has done.
She had my sisters car as well and her car is still unable to be recovered. We dont know what else to do about it considering that we can not afford a lawyer. But we feel that us along with the hundreds of other people she has done this to that someone has to be able to do something about her to stop her and get back what we are all owed.
