I used a visa gift card to make a purchse at truckchamp.com. My order never went through. The sight would send me back to the first page, and would not allow me to enter my address, nor did it confirm a transaction was made. When my wife checked the card a few days later, she informed me Truck Champ had taken money off the card. When I spoke with Cindy in the customer service department, as well as a manager, and both persons were acknowledge that the money was taken from the card, but no transaction was made. And had the nerve to act as if they were right for taking the money, even though no merchandise had been purchased. The manager even said, " they were not going to do anything to make put my money back on my account. Everyone better beware of this company!
