We hired Speedy Repo to pick up and sell one of our vehicles. We gave them the exact location of the vehicle and they tried to charge us $664 for skip tracing. Skip tracing for what, we told them where to pick the vehicle up? They agreed, in writing, to sell our vehicle for a minimum of $3500. They refused to sell the vehicle without the title, so based on the written agreement with them we mailed the title. Per DMV records the vehicle has sold. We contacted them for the proceeds and were told in very vulgar and threatening language where we could go and in no uncertain terms that we would not be receiving any proceeds from the sale. They encouraged us to sue them, stating they would eat up any profits with inflated fees and storage charges.
Upon closer inspection of our documents, they are a company out of Canada - we need to make them go home. I intend to submit a claim with the attorney general but fear there is nothing they will be able to do as they are a foreign company. Our dealings were with Rick Greene, Doug and Tim Johnson.
I would be happy to discuss this with the auto dealer in OK that also had a complaing but have no way to reach him.
