I purchased a scooter from EVO in March. The scooter arrived broken so when I attempted to gather the $214 to repair the harm (the estimation was handed in my experience by EVO) I had been informed from the delivery business they'dnot spend it. EVO also declined to pay for the price to repair the harm despite their plan of covering all deliveries. After I reported to EVO they explained they "market 14 of those bicycles per month, therefore company is great" plus they did not care easily was disappointed or when they were splitting their agreement. The insurance provider explained that I really could attempt to prosecute them for that cash, that we might do when they were not in Tx and that I was not in Atlanta. You have to become joking me! Along with the terrible and (is not it illegal not to recognize contractual arrangements?) rude customer support from both EVO and also the delivery organization, ODFL (Old Dominion) the bicycle wasn't simple to construct and that I was designed to include p towards the battery to obtain it to operate! Do not actually actually actually actually think about purchasing from these men! Purchase locally from somebody you are able to return to individually if there is a difficulty using the bicycle. I have have been looking to get repaid for components which were broken on appearance for nearly 6 months!!! Terrible organization! The worse web sales expertise I Have ever endured.
