We flew to Dallas, Texas. To get our furniture out-of storage which we've settled $400.00 monthly for around 21 weeks. We verbally planned to choose it-up Nov. 26 (Wed), hired a moving vehicle. We named to verify, as we got in Houston, Tues. Plus they stated we never set it-up. We were informed the forklift was damaged. They reveal in the future on Fri. Am and can attempt to hire one.

We make it happen plus they declare wheels are damaged on forklift and cannot perform a factor about it. They also consider us directly into take a look at forklift. Therefore we now have to return on Mon., Dec. 1. We get there and also the same forklift is there, and also the team operating it claims we've to maneuver from the method since the wheels are damaged, however they nevertheless employed it!
