Obtained damaged fresh, but terribly broken taillight for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Sent Physician Auto Part -received no reaction more than 2 day delay. Named their 1-800 number twice simply to be informed to depart a note - no returned calls.
Their site says all deals received broken need to have statements submitted using the provider - FedEx claims the shipper should document a "waiver" to ensure that them to document a state for that receiver. Therefore without connection with Physician Autoparts yer screwed.
It was the toughest online business I've experienced in decades of internet business.
