They assigned me a run that I accepted. I told them I needed money to be put on thier card if I was doing a run across the country for a two week length of time. They told me to call back in the morning when someone can do this for me because she could not. She said, "make sure you get this done before Friday because they cant do this on the weekend" It was Wensday when I made my first call reguarding this matter. I called the next day which was Thursday and a dispatcher said he had just took care of it. I was happy. Two days had past. It was Saturday morning and I just ran out of the money that I had brought with me. So I took thier card and tried to get money off of it, and thier was no money on it! It was Saturday and the only people who could fix this were off for the weekend. I guess you all know where this is going. I was stuck across the country, hungry with no food. I had to resort to begging like a homeless person and I'm not because I own a home. It was very hard for me to get through the weekend with no food. If it was'nt for an owner operator giving me some food, I dont know what I would do. This was not the only thing that they had done to me but the rest would take too long to explain. This company is VERY unorginized and wasted my time and fuel to get to thier orientation class, which all of thier lies that were in thier ad were revieled. They really reeled me in. Thier recruters dont care about you. They just want the commission that they get for signing you up. Stay away from US EXPRESS!!!
