Although operating a Budget Rental-Car we obtained a quotation for not cramping our wheels (a parking abuse). It was on 10/16 and cost was due within thirty days. We settled the $47 solution on11/06.
On 11/25 Budget charged our banking account $119. I named to determine exactly what the cost was. Their Customer Serive stated it had been for an outstanding parking abuse. I had been advised to get hold of their details division to correct the problem. No body has responded their telephones for that 14 days that I Have been attempting to achieve them. I have left many communications. I sent evidence of cost for their department. I sent evidence of cost for them. The Town of North Park sent evidence of cost for them. NO REACTION from Budget!
BE VERY WARY OF RENTING FROM THEIR STORE because they maintain a duplicate of one's money/charge card on document and obviously cost to it because they please.
I should observe that their Customer Support Dept. Was pleasant, but not able to assist me.
