In April I ordered Custom Bold on Door Hinges from Scissor Doors, after 3 weeks i got something what you could call Hinges but no holes, does not fit the car, the welding was like from a beginner, really bad. Then in the Disclaimber the note if you change the Hinges, no Warrenty. How in the World should i put this on my car? I would have to Drill holes but per Disclaimber i would loose my Warrenty.
I desided to send it back what i have done. The Company rejectet the package many times and gave me the wrong information for the Adress and for the Shipping, after they rejected i got no information why.
After paying multiply Fees for the final Delivery back to the Company after 3 month i still waiting for my refund.
They come with many excuses like that the package is damaged.
No answer on phone calls. Day and Night the same Message. "We are busy.."
No answer on emails.
No refund.
It is now nearly 4 Month and i still have no refund and no answers.
This Company is the worst ever and should go out of bussiness.
My loss is about 1000$ not mentioned all the calls, email, and the time when i try to contact this Company Scissor-Doors Inc.
