Possible large scale shippers have to know this.in the beginning of DHL support, we'd regular situations of deals being charged at loads significantly exceeding their real fat — possibly averaged one in five, atleast. More often than once, 30# payment fat to get a cardboard carton comprising 5# of caffeine. More regularly the distinction was smaller (2-5# overbilling). Recurring problems got nowhere. To get a year or two, something representative at an intermediary agent organization got the mistakes fixed and also the expenses reversed; then no further. We were recommended to pay for the right (decreased) quantity and deliver DHL an email describing the mistakes (this gets a little tedious!). Lastly, we stop using DHL entirely. Weeks later, we got a dun from the "settlement company", with which we exercised (we believed) funds. Weeks next, a sheaf of "outstanding expenses" came by fax, as well as a notice from the variety company threatening appropriate activity if we did not spend at the same time. Described the entire event and informed them when they worried us anymore we were likely to contemplate suing DSL for scam. A couple of months later, same offer — from the diverse selection company; same clarification. A couple of months later, replicate with still another. I have forgotten so just how many, and all continues to be peaceful for all weeks today; simply hoping it remains this way! Main point here: AVOID SUCH AS THE TROUBLE!
