I was scammed by simoniz (fixit). On the web site they ask you to fill out your billing information, once that's done they have your credit information, and they take your money out of your account without your knowledge. I noticed that they wait awhile after you visit their website to take your money out, so I assume once you realize what they have done they can say they already mailed it out. They charged $62.75 to my account without my knowlege and I was very disturbed by this, when I called they said that once I put my information in I automatically ordered the product when Iasked to speak to a manager she never gave anyone the phone she said it had already been shipped out. I don't understand how anyone can get away with this kind of fraud. They took money I didn't have and I want somebody held accountable, because I've been terrilbly upset all day. Me and my bank or going to do something to make sure this doesn't happen again and I'm also looking into getting me a lawyer.
