We have been trying to get a refund from Warranty Experts since we never could get warranty work on our vehicle. We purchased the policy in Spring 2007. The policy was cancelled in October and we have been trying with no luck to get a refund.
Warranty Experts has received re-imbursement for the whole policy from the Insurance Company and has not given us a credit on our VISA. We have provided Warranty Experts with documentation that this money has not cleared our bank. They have faxed us receipts that say they gave a credit 02/15/08 at 10:43 A.M.in the amount of $1,478; but, this transaction did not go through and they have not shown this amount on the Batch at the end of the day which means it either did not go through or they reversed the credit before the end of the day. I would like the following.
1. The name of the bank that processes their VISA transactions so I can get proof from their VISA Processor, that these funds were indeed sent to our bank. Since I know they were not.
2. Mr. Gardner and Mr. Flowers to complete their obligation and make sure these funds get credited to my VISA.
3. An apology from Mr. Gardner for being so rude.
Our bank can not follow up on a transaction that was never sent to them.
I have Warranty Experts numerous times, to the point of being a pest, repeatedly, with Dave Gardner and Jason Flowers both not answering their phones. Only to have someone else place the call for me from another number and suprisingly they are on the line. I urge any consumer to avoid this company and will do everything in my power to make sure others are not treated dishonestly and disrepectfully by these individuals. Mr. Gardner went so far as to tell me, "you probably don"t have an education and should contact your lawyer since he probably went to school". Not only do I have a Master's degree but also I AM smart enough and have morales that will not allow me to let this go.
We have filed a complaint with the State Insurance Commissioner of Virginia. Also we have notified the San Antonio Police Department that we would like to press charges against these individuals for Theft and fraud.
I also will be notifying the Radio station that I heard "Warranty Experts" add on of this very dishonest activity.
No stone will be left unturned. I have the time, resources and dedication to this task.
