Steps to take to report this company:
1. Call 1800- on the back of your receipt (that is the "customer service #)
2. Www.justbrakes.com - Put in writing your complaint make it specific. Copy that compliant and safe it to a disc, because you will need to use it later.
3. BBB - Better Business Bereau - there is no charge and it you file a complaint they will investigate it.
4. Consumer Affairs - within your state - Companies hate this too because they will investigate it also, and specially if they get a lot of complaints like the ones I am reading.

Dont stop there until you get someone to listen to your complaint. This company use scare tactics to run off their customers from complaing. This has to stop and others have to know that we are not going to let another person fall into JUST BRAKES Trap! Can you image how many customers have fallen for them not knowing? It is terrible!
