Roadloans have been requesting information regarding my credit though credit bureaus. I haven't applied for cars loans. Which they have sent me e-mails regarding car loan information. Several auto places have sent me information for car loans which I haven't applied for. This lowers you credt score.
I would like to know how they received my information. And they are still send me e-mail and have car dealers sending me information in the mail regarding auto loans. What can I do to stop or sue them?
