Makes Buying A Car A Bad Experince ripoff

I was in the mmarket to buy a minivan so after apply for finacing roger auto group started to call my home repeatly saying i was approved. So like and excited child i went in to look around and decide what I like I choose a 2001 dodge grand caravan and was ok with the vechile for about a week.

Then the nightmare started. One day while out shopping with my kids and husband the battery died and I had to get a jump. My husband assured me it was nothing major. Maybe I just needed a new battery so I purchased one and that seem to solve the problem for about three days.

Then one night when I was on my way to go to work I got in the van turn the key and nothing happen. The battery was dead and I wondered how could that be? I just put a new battery in less than a week ago.

So that morning I called rogers auto group to let them know what was going on. They told me to bring it in so we jump started the van and drove it in and left it there overnight.

The next morning they call me to come and pick it up and when I got there they told me all I need was a jump start "how could that be this is a new battery" Oh not to worry it will be ok was what I was told.

So I drove it home and for another week. Everything was fine then one morning when I was getting off work dead again. No one to help me get this piece of junk started. Had to call a tow truck to deliver it back to rogers. They call my house about four hour later tell me to come pick of my car. It was ready. I ask what was wrong. Nothing it just needed a jump. I ask why does it need to keep getting jumped off so much and recieved no answer.

So home again I drove then three days later same thing and again was told needed a jump. Then all of a sudden it hit me take it some place else and have it checked out.

So I did and the repair person told me I needed a voltage regulator which in laymen terms means that the computer needed to be replaced because the voltage regulator was sticking and everytime it stuck that what drain the battery. So I said I would take it back to dealership since it was still under warranty and the repair person told me a little sercet and that was that the dealership knew what was wrong all along and just keep patching it up because the piece cost a lot and they didn't want it to come out of their pocket.

So that why I keep getting the run around. Mind you the repair person is one of the same repair person that works at roger so now I'm stuck with a van that you really can't depend on. What can I do? Please help
