Last year I bought a car from Magic City Motors. A 1997 Chevy Caliver. Me and my uncle went to the dealership. The car had problems from the start. When we took it for a test drive the car started to overheat till it got to the red. So, we went back to the dealership and the dealers said their mechanic said the O2 sensors was causing the car to over heat. As a first time car buyer you believe what they say. Also, the car was not equipped with air bags.
I found out from my mechanic who check the car out he said that it is a $10,000 dollar fine. He looked though the car and saw that a whole bunch of screws and other important parts were missing. Magic City Motors told me that everything was in the car and its all there. Which was basically a lie.
We tried to return the car because it was constanly over heating that was about first week we had the car, but they told us you bought the car as if and you can not get your money back. I at least put 2,000 into the caliver and fixing everything thats wrong with the car. The car is still over heating, problems keep on occuring, and its going to cost me more money.
So basically, I can just buy a new car by the time I'm done repairing this one. I do not know what to do at this point if someone could help me I would really appreciated it.
