My husband bought a used car from Carmart in Little Rock, Ark., in 1998. He has never been able to use this car properly because the cooling system is always out of order. He has spent hundreds of dollars having it repaired, and there still seems to be something wrong with it.
My husband is a disabled vet and is on a fixed income, and this is very hard on him. People should not get away with these kinds of things.
