Purchased a Rear and Front Stainless Steel Bumper Guard/Protector for my wife's Equinox. The Rear Bar arrived with no directions, box and damage to the lower mounts. The Front bar after buying and paying for it arrived 50 days later, no box and with scratches and a melted rubber bumper. Johnny has contacted me numerous times to correct the issues but, than never shows up calls, or calls to cancel 1 hour before on the day he is suppose to show up and expects someone to be waiting for them from 12 to 6 pm! Do yourself a favor either buy it for it is worth. Half of the advertised price as it is cheap China seconds and blem's they are dumping on Americans as new!!
