I'm a company operator and store at Sams Membership often about 3/4 times per week. I fear going there, but I buy tobacco products for my shop along with other issues. I'd a having a worker called Rudy. He operates within the smoke part of the shop. I've observed his customer support abilities were not excellent and considered to myself he ought to be operating elsewhere within the shop not using the clients. Anyways he topped it recently after I ripped as much as his register and passed him my sams card. No body was in-line and also the additional register was hectic having a client. He explained his register was not working. I mentioned okay and ripped my large total wagon over and got in-line in the additional register. I proceeded to become examined with a excellent worker. He's been there perhaps about a few months, extremely polite. As he was buzzing up my issues, Rudy claims my register works, I simply stated that. I told him I actually donot have occasion for that activities. Memorial Day weekend is extremely frantic for store owners and that I have been buying all day long looking to get materials for my shop. I quit with my$ 1,187.20 bill thinking I acquired to locate another organization to complete business with. I requested to keep in touch with a supervisor but no one understood where you can locate one. I told another woman who had been a superviser and reported to her. I actually donot understand if she did something about this.
