I bought something special card on the Sunday (June 10) for $50.00 but to my dismay I notice I had been billed an additional $7.50 on my checking account record for "protection just in case there is insufficient cash in your consideration" or something similar to that. The next workday (Mon) I visited the cafe and confirmed him my client bill for that $50.00 along with a backup of my bank account statement displaying the $57.50 that was set under "pending deals". The supervisor... Daniel... Explained they are doing this constantly. He explained it'd 1-2 business days to solve it and, or even, return. Lastly, after 3 times the additional $7.50 was removed my bank card! This doesn't appear to be an honest company training to us and we will not be returning towards the cafe since it appeared like "no huge package for them"..."we do that constantly". After calling an 800-number for that cafe and talking with them-they had never heard about that therefore it should have been the person cafe themselves producing that choice. Therefore... It has absolutely quit a sour flavor in my own mouth (and my partners) and any potential visitors to try the cafe. Exceptionally frustrating to express minimum. I'm like they took from my consideration without my understanding and authorization/agreement... It wasn't approved by us... The cardholder!
