Now I know why your parking lot is always empty at this location. BK 05566 in Lake Mary Fl. Went in for breakfast, the store was dirty, there were only 2 people working that I could see. Ordered coffee and was told there were grounds in it and she did not have time to fix it, So I went with soda. No ice in either machine and the coke dispenser came out with just carbonated water and no coke. The croissant used to be "steamed" and now it just was wrapped and the cheese wasn't even melted. I will go out of my way to find another fast food restaurant in the future.
