I went to Woodys, St. Petersburg Beach Florida for a salmon lunch, with french fries and a salad. Salmon was delivered 10-15 minutes later, salad not served ahead of time. The salmon was partially cooked, raw inside. I sent it back. Fifteen minutes later, I told the waitress, I was disatisfied with the length of time it took to get my piece of salmon recooked. Please remove the item from the bill, I was unhappy.
The owner came over, slaps the bill on the table for my girlfriend and myself. The owner tells me I AM paying the bill. At this time my reheated food had not even been redelivered. I said I was never unhappy eating here before, but would never be back, and I was not paying the bill. He muttered he would call the sheriff.
About 3-5 minutes later a new piece of salmon was given to me by the waitress, no lemon, no fries, as the original order was taken. I made mention to the waitress that the manager or "was he the owner" had a bad attitude. She said he was the owner.
My girlfriend commented, she had heard many complaints about the owner before, about his attitude and the waitress politely replied, that they cant all be wrong. Thank you for your correspondance, and having this type of service.
