I've called several times about my website. I'm always told it will be a few days and I will get an e-mail when it's ready. Still nothing. My coach doesn't return my calls or respond to my e-mails. When you talk to your coach the first time they stress to be professional, it's obvious they don't know the meaning of the word and it doesn't apply to them. I've asked for my money back. When I signed up I was going to get the gold plan they pressure you for the platinum. I got that one because of the extras like the website, coupons, and more. I was told I have a 90 day guarantee.
