As I had just got off an international flight I was unaware of the exchange rate so accepted ICE Exchanges rate.
It wasnt till I later found out the correct rate that I realised how much they had scammed me!
I exchanged $400 AUD which should have got me at least $410 USD.instead the woman gave me $365 USD.
I'm so furious! How can they get away with this?! It's obvious they do this to every one of their customers and just keep the extra money!
