Their Score Tracker doesn't even track the score they give!
My score has been reported on their website as being the same number for ten months, yet their Score Tracker has tracked a different number that is 100 points lower for the same ten months!!! It's their score, and they can't even track it.
Eighteen emails later, and the matter is still not resolved. They keep sending the same generic replies that do not address the issue.
They keep telling me how to dispute a score, which is NOT the issue. The score is irrelevant: it's the tracking thereof that is the issue: their tracker is totally misleading and inaccurate.
I'm paying to see inaccurate information.
It is ludicrious why such a simple matter cannot be corrected. It is their tracker, and only they can make it function properly with the data they program into it.
It tracks a score, but not your score. They state it takes 1-2 months to update: it's been ten months, and still no update! Per their own website, my score has never been the score that the tracker is portraying! The tracker is 100 points off, not just a few points. 18 emails and counting.
