Unfortunately, I was not smart enough to know better than disclose my account number on the phone, however I happened to have dental work done that day. When I received the phone call there was a woman on the other line with a very thick accent. I could barely understand her. She just kept saying "okay... Okay" — I am trying to reestablish my credit, so who would turn down such an offer. The woman told me that she needed my account number to put money into it for me from the credit line.
When I called the next day to cancel it, I was advised that I had to wait 48 hours. I called again. They told me that they had a policy in which I would have to wait until I received the package. I still have no package! I called to cancel again, and now their excuse is that I have to "apply for reimbursement"
Do not let yourself become another victom of this paracitic company!
I am in the process of trying to get my money back by persuing legal action.
