Count me in as being taken by this scam! My wife and I have a total of 4 malls and have been taken to the tune of 14k. I have been able to pay off 2 of the notes and am working on clicking off the other two. Any help would be appreciated in clicking these off M08009 and M44321.
It is April 13 and I still can't get an answer as to when my taxes will be finished.in fact, I can't seem to get through to talk to anyone. After reading the other posts on this site I have decided to file my taxes myself and just forget the ADA credits as it seems that even if we take the credits, the IRS won't allow them. I also am not going to claim the 1099 misc I received from oryan management as the IRS has ruled this to be not a legitimate business, therefore the supposed income is illegitimate as well (this was explained better a few posts down).
I would like to know from others out there what they are doing as far as filing their taxes.
