In June we were contacted by Richard Moore and Peter Mills. They informed us that they could have our home loan modified under the new goverment guide lines. We qualified for a 2% loan. We paid them 1400.00. We were instructed to file chp. 13 to put a sale stay on home and not make loan payments while mitiagation was going on.
