Us mitigation services
Peter Mills, Richard Moore paid $1400.00 to have loan modified at 2%. Took money and stop returning phone calls. Never worked with bank and went to foreclosure. Also filed chp. 13 as instructed, now credit is being shut down

In June we were contacted by Richard Moore and Peter Mills. They informed us that they could have our home loan modified under the new goverment guide lines. We qualified for a 2% loan. We paid them 1400.00. We were instructed to file chp. 13 to put a sale stay on home and not make loan payments while mitiagation was going on. Now they will not return phone calls, our credit cards are being shut down and we are in foreclosure. Don. St. Louis Missouri
