State-of California costs an annual 150 buck "processing" charge (Duty) on companies put up as corps. They used-to send updates (a postcard) together with your document number printed onto it like a memory. They no further deliver these out... Alternatively they deliver out a notice of dissolvement by having an extra 400. O0 dollar charge attached. 550.00 bucks for what!!?? Nothing! No valueadded rip-off.
