Several months ago, about the time when the second Gulf War started my wife and I refinanced a house here in Hays. At the time of the refinancing we relyed on a good friend who would give us the best deal. At this present time however we did have a wonderful mortgage company, Wells Fargo Mortgage. At this time, we had Wells Fargo for over five years and had little problems. Anyway, at the time of closure and reassignment to the new Mortgage company, assets were assigned to Aurora LOan services to pay for the upcoming escrow. At this time, the existing transfer refund escrow payment from Wells Fargo to Aurora Loan services was denied, because they said we had too much in escrow. Which, by right... We didn't. Anyway, the first two months of the mortgage were waived and payment, was kinda of easy on the pocketbook. At the beginning of June, we received a statement from Aurora Loan services indicating that we had over a 1,000 dollar shortage in our escrow. To make a long story short... My wife and I were ready to string and feather some people from the nearest pole. What has upset me the most... Is other mortgage companies have not even tried to do this... But for some reason Aurora Loan services feel that they can get away with this. My wife and I have found out that this company sets goals or figures to take out, that to you and me are a little far OUT. What, I'm trying to say is that they are coming up with figures to adjust your balance for the upcoming shortages that you may or may not have in the next year. Anyway, we had payed for all escrow payments, and then last month, we were hit again with shortage payments... Which we knew that we had already payed for back in September. For those of you who are having problems with Aurora Loan services..."Please do not hesitate to take action" My wife and I paid the fine people of Aurora loan services of Scottsbluff, Nebraska a visit back in September. At this time, I was very reluctant to kick ass and take names later. But, I watched my cool. Anyway, I feel that over the discussion and the meeting we had that Aurora is avoiding certain issues and things are being hid from you and me. What I truly don't understand is why they have so many mailing addresses. If I or you were to make a house payment to the bank... We would make it out to the bank and send it here in my town or yours. Not to 5 different mailing addresses. Such as Scottsbluff, Nebraska, Phoenix Arizona, Denver, Colorado, or Aurora, Colorado. Also, over discussion over these past few months I don't understand why there aren't other individuals such as myself who haven't drug this company through the hot coals. I have also talked to numerous lawyers and officials who feel that you and I are justified to take them to court or just let the attorney general of your local state handle it. Oh, by the way Aurora... If your reading this... This is your first and last warning!!! After what I have read on the internet tonight, has given me enough proof to justify an investigation into the internal affairs of your company. Also, if you are like me and are just about up to your ears in issues with this company. Please feel free to contact me. Would really love to hear what you have to say. Also, if your having issues talking with them... Don't use their toll-free number. They told me themselves they set that up so they don't have to deal with you. Also, don't let them drag your other companies such as insurance and county appraisal offices into this matter. They have always managed to place the blame on others. As for the phone number, go to the www.go.com website and type in Aurora loan services of Scottsbluff, Nebraska. You will get many links regarding this company. Go to the link that refers to loan payments and such.in this particular link you will run across emails and phone numbers of those individuals who are working there. Also, you need to talk to the main supervisor. Do not let them give you any shit. If they do... Just tell them I'll call them and I would love to talk to Tracey again. She's a good one!!! Avoids the issues. Delays your calls, and is not very good with handling of affairs. Anyway, as I said before... If your dealing with escrow payments or their not getting placed, or their making your escrow short..."don't wait!!!" Please!!! Also, at this particular time we have requested that our mortgage be sold to another company. This is your right!!! Reason I say that is because of poor business practices and you have the right by the better business bureau. Anyway, I hope each and everyone of you manages sometime this week to take action immediately! Thank You!!!
