Beware!!! Rented 2010 SILVERADO thru GMAC - today ALLY - Friend SHIPPED out wrong enrollment info *rec'd by customer 5/9. Declaring 2010 SILVERADO enrollment ends 7 and certainly will no further be pushed after 7, until subscription restored. THE STARK REALITY IS: The NJ ENROLLMENT ends 4!!! After calling FRIEND Customer Support, you CAn't talk to ANYBODY within the rental division. (1st phone attached to the Philippines, requested for Boss, was handed supervisor in Philippines. Requested to be transferred to US.US no different). FRIEND required "VERBALLY" the Enrollment termination time of 4, they verbally explained the change produced in their program! FRIEND wouldn't send, e-mail or email verification of the month & year vary from 7 to 4. Guidance: don't work having a business who can't and certainly will not doc (via email, fax or mail) any change to your files *this entails your hard earned $. Can't imagine going for cash to purchase Discis provided by FRIEND... You've been warned!!!
