These guys cannot or will not perform. They say they can get the loans but cant and wont give you their office address, any referrals you can talk to for successful deals, (oh wait, if your dealing with Lorenzo he will tell you he has a referral in Scottsdale that you can talk to. Isnt that Stan Howard? His partner in this scam)
Ever wonder why these guys are reading the complaint and placing rebuttals? If they were legit they wouldn't even be reading this stuff. Yet they post the stuff about getting their lawyers involved. I read one post that challenged them to offer who their attorney's are. So it makes me wonder? Doesn't it you?
Ok I admit I was taken by the idea of the deal and I am feeling pretty bad. But if I can stop you from making the same mistake that is why I am posting.
