I asked and was told specifically that this was a credit card and that I could make purchases with this card from any store in the United States. After the initial process of taking my money was completed, I talked to their customer service. They told me to expect my card in about two weeks.
Two weeks came and went with no card. Now, I continue to call only to get their voice message stating that they are busy, telling me to leave my name and number and they will get back to me. Not holding my breath. Anyone with any luck with any type of recovery, please post on this board.
