This company took funds from my account, not knowing how they got my banking imformation

I went online to check my account of other fraudulant activity, and then noticed that there had been a chek withdrawl. When I phoned my bank I was told to contact the customer service for the companyULS. When I contacted the company, I was told that I somehow had given my imformation to someone, which is not true.
