Nowadays 1/19 finished my company 2010 fees in 3 months and today Turbotax has dropped all documents of it. I applied them 5 years today plus they claim I just registered for that support today 1/19. They've simply no documents of my results and behave like I simply began the 2010 return today.interesting how they billed me $121.00 last dec for this. When they cannot maintain your documents secure how will you actually trust them using their protection. You-can't actually contact them about this. I applied to reccomend them-but never again. Save yourslef sometime and income
