THE ONE THING I dislike about UAI is you-can't save on curiosity by spending additional cost each month. Curiosity is caculated in mortgage also it become one Balance. Should you create additional funds each month, it just reduce the stability; however, you do not save on attention. The only path to conserve on interest is contact them-and obtain the compensated-off quantity (with-out curiosity) and spend it IN ONE SINGLE SUM.
