Harrassing public, breaking the law and getting away with it

I am quite concerned that CAMCO has been able to get away with calling people and harrassing them, and no government agency can stop them. What has happened here? There are laws to protect people, yet they keep operating a business. I am waiting for bankruptcy papers filed back in 1991 to prove that a debt they have been calling me about has been discharged. Once I received them, I will file a suit against them. But this should not be necessary.

Ok, maybe we owed the debt, and yes, we would all like to be morally proper and pay off our debts. But the law says that you do not have to in this case, so who is CAMCO to say otherwise? When did they become the "voice of the morally correct"?

I blame the politicians and regulators of these companies as much as I blame CAMCO. They need to be stopped, and the government must step in and protect the consumer. If they won't, then vote for someone else during the next election.
