I had been in a vehicle accident on 2007 and visited the er. A healthcare facility was handed my insurance card that we UNDERSTAND paid 100% fo er sessions. I lived colse towards the clinic and not obtained any expenses from their store or any physicians.in regards to a year later I had been approached by Medclear seeking cost of $180 ER visit debt.
I told them I'd spend a healthcare facility straight however they stated that since it was in selection it might not function this way. I approached a healthcare facility plus they stated that they didn't observe any exceptional stability
I called Medclear again required a duplicate of the statement asnd they delivered me a statement that was only thier letterhead with quantity due of $180. (so that they clearly had my proper target). I named them back and responded that I needed a duplicate of A HEALTHCARE FACILITY statement which Medclear offered me a lot of suffering about needing to do. I told them SOMETHING with my TRADEMARK onto it and that I might spend the statement
Weeks went purchase and that I did not think hard about this till Medclear named again seeking the $180. After I examined the demand I created using them I had been informed the notice "was delivered because of an incorrect handle" that we understand was a rest! It had been exactly the same handle they'd delivered their bogus statement to! They attempted to stress me into spending them within the telephone but I declined. Ultimately they decided to deliver a Healthcare Facility statement again... Obviously it never came.
Today I check my credit history and there they're! $180 non payment of debt! I am mad! For me this really is one large fraud! They're rude, ridiculous, condesending, jerks and fraud artists. They must be turn off! There must be a way of recovering the harm they've triggered to my credit score! So far as I'm worried they'll NEVER notice one CENT of the $180 I "OWE" them, I'd instead consider the strike on my credit history. I merely wont do business with anyone who employs something related to Medclear or recognizes them by any means like a genuine company.
