Steven, mgr i got a letter from ics saying, ics, would to say congratulations, your loan, we must collect a fee for 75.00, ] i paid it[ then i got anther letter saying i owed anther 75.00, i, have my receipts, oklahoma city

ICS, Sent me a letter that stated, that ICS, had processed my credit application. And it went on saying, ICS OWN WORDS [ We would like to say [ Congratulations, your Personal loan has been established, This is GUARANTEED and well this COMPLETED for you in 10 days ] They even said what the payment would be each month, and how many months I had to pay back. THEN THEY ASKED FOR ANOTHER $75.00s to be paid TOTAL OF $150.00 This other $75.00 was [CONSULITING / COLLETIVE FEES.] Then a nother letter said loan was FINALIZED through a loan company and that a $35.00 fee was required and payment must be Submitted in the form of a MONEYORDER. WELL I NEVER GOT MY $1500 LOAN, and Ini called them about it they tried to say they never GUARANTEED it, They hung up on me, but that might have been because i said, I MIGHT BE SLOW, BUT I GUESS I WAS SMART, BECAUSE I MADE COPIES OF LETTERS AND OF THE, ALL 3 MONYORDERS...
