The corporation calls while offering free items. After accepting towards the "free" item, all a costs begin turning up on our charge card where period we named to stop. We did not follow their process of receiving a routing amount, which incidentally we were never advised of. Therefore their fundamental perspective was - "even although you delivered the merchandise, never approved costs for your requirements, we shall not return your cash." What type of procedure is that this???
