Cancellation of debt through irs

I receiced a CP2000 type in the government declaring that becasue there is a termination of debt within the quantity of $3,040 that it had been not shown on my government results. I've never heard about these people, they've never approached me about any outstanding obligations however it's been documented towards the government. I've attempted to obtain their telephone number through the yellowpages, 411 and created nothing, yellow pages created nothing. The handle found on my CP2000 type is really as follows
