Unauthorized debit

I requested the IvoryBrites item, delivered it inside the 15-day test interval, actually got the necessary RMA #, plus they are, without my permission, subtracting $9.99 monthly from my bill. I sent emails requesting reimbursement and prevent opening my consideration, without any reaction. Our next transfer is by using appropriate action. Don't work with these crooks
