The corporation is non-responsive to phone communications or emails. They provide you with expension #is but no body actually replies the telephone or remaining messages. We were ultimately advised that "any representive" may help us - they'd simply mention our document using the PC, despite the fact that we received a particular individual by which to speak. We're out approximately $3,000 and today they deliver people government forms to accomplish - without explaning the things they are for or which tax year they protect.
