Bill for denied service

I had been accepted to Arrowhead Hosp, in Glendale, Arizona, through Crisis on July 22. On June 8 Dr. Napoli delivered statement in my experience for $300.00. It was refused by Secure Perspectives since delivered too late. Britney at 4807682234 (Mediterranean Resourse Methods) informs me I should spend $300.00 or bill is likely to be delivered to Collection Agency.

Many people at Safe Horizons inform me I actually donot owe this add up to Dr. Napoli. (These I've spoken to are Goldie, Gerry, Nella, Laquita, and Betty.) After I keep in touch with Britney, she demands I should spend the $300.00 otherwise
