Negligent, Inefficient

ASC has yet to return check from my Ins.Co. To be endorsed by them enabling me to pay the Roofer of my home. It has been 3 wks. The check was made out to ASC and myself... They took my House Payment from it which was illegal—since I had not endorsed said check and house payment had already been paid...
