I've had an automobile loan with MB Economic for three years. We've Never gotten a declaration till I approached the Attorneygeneral for Illinois. After I obtained it, there have been two costs for needless insurance put into the main for nearly $3,000.
They were Never approved; actually, I delivered a fax-back instantly to convey I'd insurance and declined their insurance. I also approached my broker to deliver evidence of the insurance to MB Monetary plus they did.
This occurred more often than once and every time I'd contact and condition we were coated. At virtually no time did they suggest that they'd included these costs to my primary.
We've Usually had full-coverage with this automobile - MB Financial is tearing me down but atleast I'm pursuing them. Just how many others are now being defrauded by this lender simply because they do not obtain any claims and do not actually understand it is happening?
I'm currently dealing with the Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan to obtain this cash and curiosity back.
