Unable to cancel subscription

Registered in-may for 3 mocnths and clearly sent them to stop my account next time. They've now immediately charged my charge card

After I reported for them, they demand they cost for May to September CAn't be terminated. Our charge card company claims this is just a CONTINUOUS ISSUE with match.com.

Please help.
